2010 –\u00a0Teknotel Obtains STH Licence<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Providing communication services for organizations\u2019 every requirement as a satellite operator and internet service provider, Teknotel Telekom obtained an STH licence in 2010 and added VoIP services to its range of services by signing interconnection contracts with all GSM operators.<\/p>\n

2009 –\u00a0Starts Developing Projects for Multi-Point Organizations with xDSL Services<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Teknotel started to offer point-to-point and non-shared internet access to multiple-point organizations through high security communication networks with xDSL services.<\/p>\n

2009 –\u00a0Undertakes Infrastructural Investments and Starts Offering Metro Ethernet to Organizations<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Teknotel Telekom started to undertake organizations\u2019 infrastructure investments with T-METRO service and began offering Metro Ethernet service.<\/p>\n

2008 –\u00a0Teknotel Becomes a Microsoft Gold Partner<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Teknotel Telekom obtained the title of \u201cMicrosoft Gold Certified Partner\u201d, given only to select informatics companies, and joined the 150 companies that have this title in Turkey.<\/p>\n

2007 –\u00a0Teknotel Group Companies Founded<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Teknotel departments, operating under the same title until now, became separate companies as a result of their growth process. Each one is structured to conduct its operations independently, but their partnership structure remains the same and the synergy continues.<\/p>\n

2007 –\u00a0Teknotel Obtains Infrastructure Operator Licence<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Teknotel Telekom, among the leader companies in Turkey regarding corporate communication services, obtained the right to set up and operate private communication infrastructure with the Infrastructure Operator Licence it obtained from the Information Technologies and Communication Authority.<\/p>\n

2006 –\u00a0Netmaster Product Family Completed<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Teknotel Bili\u015fim, Teknotel\u2019s company operating in the products area and bringing high-quality, user-friendly and elegant access devices to the end user through its strong dealer network, completed the NetMASTER product family in 2007.<\/p>\n

2005 –\u00a0Universiade Infrastructure<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Fibre optic infrastructures completed for 10 outdoors and indoors facilities were used at \u201cUniversiade\u201d, 23rd World Universities Sport Games Event organized in Izmir from August 10-20, 2005.<\/p>\n

2004 –\u00a0MSB Network Project<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The project executed in various units in 32 provinces across Turkey covers material procurement, cabling-local network installations, system integration, maintenance and service support. Server PC, back up units, printer etc. peripherals procurement and integration to Army Forces Information Systems infrastructure was conducted.<\/p>\n

2003 –\u00a0World\u2019s Most Extensive DVR Project<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The \u201cworld\u2019s largest\u201d DVR (Digital Video Recording) project was completed with the camera and security systems installed on the 700km TEM Highway\u2019s booths belonging to Turkish Republic Highways and extending from the Bulgarian border in Edirne to Ankara.<\/p>\n

2000 – Internet Service Provider<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Teknotel obtained a General Authorization Certificate and added terrestrial internet and data services to its satellite services in order to start offering extensive communication solutions. 24\/7 service began to be provided through the internet and data center infrastructure created in order to serve on the corporate platform.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section i_icon_fontawesome=”fa fa-tree” add_icon=”true” title=”1990’s” tab_id=”1506410535958-83ed74fb-7d9f”][vc_column_text]1999 –\u00a0Directorates<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Between 1999 and 2001, three separate directorates were structured within Teknotel in the telecommunication field with different specializations. Directorship operations conducted under network, product and internet topics created Teknotel Group companies in the future.<\/p>\n

1997 –\u00a0KABLONET<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Kablonet company.was founded by Teknotel. KabloNet was the first broadband internet service in Turkey. Its infrastructure was created by Teknotel who also conducts its maintenance and operational works.<\/p>\n

1997 –\u00a0Satellite Communication<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Teknotel signed a contract with T\u00fcrk Telekom and started to provide satellite internet and data services to institutions and organizations by building its own Satellite Ground Station within the scope of its Type 2 Permit.<\/p>\n

1996 –\u00a0Su\u00e7at\u0131 Dam and HPP<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Su\u00e7at\u0131 Dam and HPP Project were successfully completed. The project was one of the first energy investments in Turkey executed within a build-and-operate framework.<\/p>\n

\n

1991 –\u00a0Cable TV Infrastructure<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

With the consortium made with Teleta\u015f, the cable TV network for the Istanbul Asian side, Ankara and Antalya were completed on behalf of T\u00fcrk Telekom.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section i_icon_fontawesome=”fa fa-tree” add_icon=”true” title=”1980’s” tab_id=”1506410542097-afca1afd-9f95″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

1988 –\u00a0TRT Transmitters<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Transmitters and transponders were installed for watching\/listening to TRT TV and TRT FM radios clearly across Turkey and spreading the broadcasts across the country.<\/p>\n

1988 –\u00a0Coast Radio<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Coast radio station was built in order to support the communication of maritime vehicles in the open sea with Turkey through telex, telephone and telegraph.<\/p>\n

\n

1986 –\u00a0Telephone Service to One Million Subscribers<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Under the project named \u201cGlobal\u201d, it created the telephone infrastructure in many provinces of Turkey on behalf of T\u00fcrk Telekom. The portion of the project undertaken by Teknotel enabled over one million subscribers to receive telephone service.<\/p>\n
